JLL is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the New England Brokerage Operations team. This position entails working with a diverse group of professionals to support the salesforce. This individual will provide reliable, support to our sales brokers and work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day requests and priorities. This individual will be working in a fast-paced, sales environment and will require independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize their workload.n

Prepare market surveys, tour books, proposals, lease abstracts, drive time analysis and other client related material.Draft and edit proposals, letter’s of intent and leasing agreementsManage team’s prospects and new business efforts, assist with intranet/extranet sites and tech adoptionManage brokers bios, case studies, market overviews and commonly used industry-specific slidesPartner with sales enablement team to prepare new business material for prospective clientsPartner with research team to update market intel and research reportsPartner with marketing team on any team specific brochures, floor plans, stacking charts and flyersPartner with Operations team to oversee consistent and efficient internal processes, projects and tasksAttend group-wide team meetings and company initiativesPerform ad hoc functions and projects that support the business and revenue generation for the sales teamProvide general administrative support to brokerage team. Responsibilities include; opening IT tickets, ordering new iphones, mail distribution, and other miscellaneous requests.

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher2+ years of professional experienceReal estate experience preferred but not requiredExcellent customer serviceProficient in MS SuitesDemonstrated ability to be a team playerStrong interpersonal skillsStrong communication, organization and time management skillsStrong attention to detail
