Job Description
Candidate must have 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.Well-versed in ServiceNow scripting.ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).ServiceNow implementation experience in ITBM modules (Idea, Demand, PPM, APM).ServiceNow implementation experience in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).Candidate must have 10+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management experience.Experience in integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, DB connector, plugins, etc.).Must have good communication skills.
