About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development and execution of new AI technologies into scalable, user-focused products that will define the next generation of software interaction. This role requires a visionary approach and a robust understanding of both market demands and technological advancements. Your leadership will bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, market-ready products that meet the needs of millions around the globe. Responsibilities: Define the product vision and roadmap for MultiOn’s AI agent technology, focusing on features that enhance user interaction and autonomy. Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and research to deliver innovative product solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to position our AI products at the forefront of the industry. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical complexity. Conduct user research and usability studies to refine product features and ensure our products deliver value and an exceptional user experience. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging risk-taking and innovative thinking. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or AI-focused companies. Proven track record of developing and launching impactful products in fast-paced environments. Strong technical background with experience overseeing projects involving advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, or large-scale systems. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas to various stakeholders effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams to create products that improve consumer engagement and satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, including market analysis, product performance, and competitive positioning. Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
