Our team works as the connective tissue across Mercury to define, design, and deliver user-facing experiences that cut across product areas. We are responsible for creating simple, powerful, and beautiful product experiences that users love, and believe using Mercury should be magical from day one, whether running a single e-commerce side hustle or scaling a unicorn tech company.We are looking for a product manager who is passionate about building great product experiences and can define the future vision of Mobile. In this role, you’ll be working across the company to understand users, product, and business needs to define new capabilities to support ever-growing business use cases within Mercury. This team looks to maintain a high-quality experience for all Mercury products and to evolve that vision forward continuously. In this role, you will work as part of Mercury’s Everyday Experience product team.*Mercury is a financial technology company, not a bank. Build a high-conviction vision for how Mobile delivers the most value to our customersProactively discover and define opportunities to level up the craft, strategy, and execution of our Mobile Experience teamSet the direction and define prioritized roadmaps for the team; ensuring we’re focused on work that solves user problems, enables product teams, and maximizes customer valuePartner with product teams to ensure their vision aligns with the broader Mobile Experience strategy while working collaboratively to deliver the optimal customer experienceContribute to the visioning, sequencing, tactics, and execution of a multi-phased overhaul of horizontal Mobile experiencesIndependently lead and drive product initiatives for the orgOwn the Mobile strategy and execution within Mercury, and regularly present your work to company leadershipRun team meetings and direct product team operations collaboratively with your engineering counterpart, tech leads, designers, user researchers, and data scientistsWork in ambiguity and be able to set and achieve priorities that find the perfect balance between both user and business needsPartner with Mercury’s design team to define and enforce a set of quality and craft principlesTranslate qualitative and quantitative data and derive insights that inform product work; communicate these with the teamQualifications

5+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably working with horizontal product and/or platform teams that are accountable for delivering a quality user experience. Bonus points if you’ve worked on cohesive mobile experiences in fintech.The ability to operate independently to turn ambiguous and complex horizontal problems into concrete vision, strategy, and execution plans.Enthusiasm about the idea of working with talented (and opinionated) design and engineering peers.The ability to take complex problems from end to end (contributing to research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholder management) autonomously.The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.Salary Ranges

US employees (any location): $173,600 - $204,200 USDCanadian employees (any location): CAD 158,000 - 185,800
