Overview

Position Summary:

Primarily lead the analysis of longitudinal data (video, EEG, and/or wearable sensor) obtained from infants with typical development and those at risk for neurodevelopmental disabilities. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in analyzing human movement and/or biological signal data, along with experience organizing and managing large datasets. Proficiency in manuscript writing is essential. Collaborate with a team of research assistants, graduate students, and undergraduates to collect and analyze data, deliver presentations, write papers and grants, and develop new studies. Perform laboratory work and conduct research activities independently or in collaboration with the Principal Investigator. Additionally, the postdoctoral fellow will be encouraged to pursue their research questions complementing ongoing studies or utilizing existing data.Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Exposure to and/or experience in research in a healthcare environment preferred.Experience with collecting, processing, and analyzing biological signal data (particularly in MATLAB or Python)Video coding experience preferredStrong publication recordStrong communication skillsAn ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environmentExperience working with children and their families.Education/Licensure/Certification:

MD and/or PhD, or equivalent doctoral degree; preferred degree in Psychology, Kinesiology, Neuroscience, Rehabilitation Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay Scale Information

$29,640.00-$80,196.00
