Production Administrator
We are looking for:
We are looking for a Production Administrator to join our client’s Visual Communications team. In this role, you will co-manage the end-to-end pipeline of all production and channel logistics, transforming our English videos into 11 other languages. This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all logistics for international productions, including script translations, on-screen text translations, submitting localization requests, securing voice overs and on-screen talent, overseeing agency edits, and uploading and posting content.Drive operations for all international channels, including managing ongoing content calendars, project file folders, channel access needs, and analytics groups.Check content cut edits to ensure editing, lighting, and sound is consistent.When needed, organize all logistics for live-action shoots, including physical space, crew, permits, catering, schedule, talent, wardrobe, and teleprompter.Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to track, monitor, drive change and meet deadlines.Excellent client services skills with the ability to adapt to program changes while keeping composure.Broad mindset with the ability to grasp all aspects of the production process and prioritize competing initiatives which all appear urgent.Ability to thrive in a service-oriented culture.Ability to multitask and manage multiple improvement initiatives alongside ongoing operations.Ability to interface with discerning clients and to lead a support team to perform with excellence.Experience with production estimates, invoicing and document management, scheduling and talent development.Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountability.Significant experience with service management, account management, and change management within corporate environments.Knowledge of audio, video, broadcast production technology and operations.Proficiency in Google Apps (docs, sheets, presentations, calendar, mail, drive, etc).Nice to Have:
Background in video production.Bilingual.Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position: $50,000 - $60,000 annually depending on experience.
