Technical Service Manager

to support our Interior Finishing Division, specializing in floor covering adhesives, subfloor preparation products, and tile setting materials.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Technical Services for the Interior Finishing Division, ensuring exceptional support to sales and marketing teams.Manage and execute quality issue resolution (QIR) and warranty processes to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.Support various departments with trade shows, field tests, jobsite tours, and more.Respond to technical inquiries from internal teams, customers, and industry professionals.Lead field testing of new products and maintain high technical competence across our product range.Engage actively in industry trade and professional associations.Ensure all product literature and online information are technically accurate.Your expertise - Our strength

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical field preferred. Construction field experience considered in lieu of a degree.Extensive travel required, including national and occasional international trips. Must be able to obtain a valid passport and driving license.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus.Proven experience in technical support and customer-facing roles.Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Going Beyond.
