Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plansPerform physical therapy interventions and provide ongoing patient careCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careEducate patients and their families on treatment options and expectationsDocument patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed medical recordsStay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapyAssist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and proceduresQualifications
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Candidates must possess in-state licensure.1 year of experience as a physical therapist.1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist - preferred.Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills.
