Description:Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptomsDiagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment planTeaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniquesProviding stimulation or massage to promote healingAssisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkersMaintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progressAdvising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises
Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Candidates must possess in-state licensure.1 year of experience as a physical therapist.1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist - preferred.Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
