Cisco/Datto switches and SonicWall/Watchguard Firewalls experience60+ words per minute typing speedPowershell and command line scripting skillsPlatform experience in Auvik, Connectwise Automate, Connectwise Control, Acronis, Repairshopr, IT GlueITIL best practices knowledgeCertificationsAS/BS Degree
