What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead precast/prestress sales team across North America to drive revenue for the businessCoach, mentor, and teach the sales team and drive the adoption of internal and external best practicesAnalyze metrics and performance of the team to identify areas for coaching and improvementSupport sales team with ride along coaching, participating in client meetings, developing proposals, and other aspects of the full sales processMeasure and report on KPIs for the sales team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years in sales/account management in building materials, construction, industrials, or relatedExperience calling on precast/prestress contractors/manufacturers is a plusDemonstrated successful history of building and managing top-performing sales teamsBachelor’s Degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of sales management experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%
