What Is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, economics, or construction managementMinimum 5 years of related work experience in affordable housing developmentKnowledge and experience in California LIHTCSuccess in performing full life cycle of development cycleAbility to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting requirements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated success in multiple new construction or rehabilitation of LIHTC deals
