Benefit from a compensation package matching your role as a leading industry player, complemented by best-in-class benefits and talent development programs recognized worldwide.In this role, you will:Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.Orchestrate the overall flow of an end-to-end shipment.Provide value to customers through effective business solutions by leveraging good business knowledge and process understanding.Resolve queries from shippers, customers, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and response.Maintain a customer-centric approach to help avoid errors and implement preventive measures.Identify deviations in processes and proactively communicate them with customers and reporting heads.Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues as defined in SOPs/IOPs.Maintain effective and proactive communication by regularly participating in conference calls with clients to enable seamless process flow.Collaborate with Key Customer Managers (KCMs) and the commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.What You Bring:Minimum of 2 years experience with Logistics and Supply Chain Management operations from origin and destination.Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship-building abilities.Passion for driving closures and providing high-level customer service.Sense of urgency, driving issues to closure, and persistence despite obstacles.Join us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock opportunities on a global scale.
