If so, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Shipment Management:

Oversee and monitor the entire shipment process, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the shipment process, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.

Process Orchestration:

Lead the overall flow of shipments, working closely with internal teams based in the US and worldwide to ensure success.

Customer Solutions:

Leverage your business knowledge to provide effective solutions, adding value to our customers.

Issue Resolution:

Address queries from shippers, customers, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Focus on preventing errors and implementing preventive measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Proactive Communication:

Identify process deviations and communicate them promptly with customers and reporting heads.

Timely Responses:

Ensure all inquiries are handled swiftly, with escalation as needed according to SOPs/IOPs.

Effective Collaboration:

Maintain proactive communication by participating in regular conference calls with clients, fostering seamless process flow.

Relationship Building:

Work closely with Origin/Vendor teams and Program Manager teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships.

What You Bring:Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management operations, both at origin and destination.

The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
