We may have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Talent Acquisition Partner I, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences--and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNC's TA systems as well as external resources.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
The Talent Acquisition - University Relations role will directly the support the overall SNC University Relations/Recruiting and early career Engineer hiring efforts for the enterprise. This position will participate in on campus recruiting efforts and support the full onboarding, execution, and offboarding cycle for the summer intern program. This role will be creating, coordinating, presenting, and refining program materials for early career populations, employee resource groups, campus partnerships, and intern classes. This position will also do early career engineer hiring with business areas, facilitate employee onboarding, support Talent Acquisition - Human Resources programs, and work to continuously develop and expand recruitment efforts and growth agendas. There is the possibility that this will turn into a full time employment opportunity in the future.
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study and typically 0 - 2 or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education2 years of program/project management coordinator/administrator experienceAbility to travel 1-3 days a month during fall and spring recruiting events, and being on site during summer intern program
Preferred:
Experience with Workday, Handshake, and social media recruitment toolExperience with technical recruiting, salary negotiation, and closing candidates and overall Talent Acquisition.Experience in developing, training, and coordinating events, logistics, and presentations to large organizationsExperience in continuous improvement and change management processes and proceduresProficient in Office365: PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Word, Teams, and Outlook
