IDEX have been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Senior Vice President from the Bermudan Reinsurance market to work in collaboration with the senior leadership team within this top reinsurance and surplus lines insurance broker.
Our client, based in Bermuda, has main expertise within general liability, workers compensation, and professional lines. However, they are fairly agnostic on lines of expertise and will consider the right opportunity to grow their footprint and client/reinsurer offering.
This is a hugely exciting business to be involved in as they do not operate under a conventional model and have significant large accounts, as well as a healthy pipeline of new business. This means you are not expected to grow business from scratch and will be able to make an instant impact.
We are on the search to find senior individuals and/or teams that can see the value in joining a smaller to medium-sized specialty business, which offers a collaborative environment and nimble approach to doing business.
Our client has the ability to reward production well and create an opportunity for you to gain long-term capital growth. They are not limited by geographic location and will consider individuals anywhere across Bermuda or the US, as this firm has all the appropriate medical and pension benefits to make it a real, compelling offer.
