Our foundation and success are made possible thanks to incredible people, thriving culture, and an inspirational community.The Manager of Inventory Planning & Allocation - Outlet is responsible for the allocation and in-season management of inventory across all channels and warehouses, with a focus on the Outlet division. This person will partner closely with the Merchandise Planning and Merchandising teams to develop and execute inventory, pricing, allocation and replenishment strategies for the Outlet division, that meet financial targets and mitigate risk to the business. In addition, they will develop and own strategic initiatives and processes to improve efficiencies across all product categories and within all Outlet store locations.What you'll get to do:Oversee formulation of operating guidelines and procedures for inventory management and allocation.Responsible for developing and leading processes to maintain item/location level inventory plans for the Outlet stores, that support financial objectives.Responsible for managing total reporting of store analysis/insight/opportunities based on $, ST%, and margin.Partner with the Merchandise Planning, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams on escalated issues and process improvements.Visit stores (in person & virtual) on a regular basis to understand site specific opportunities. Spark cross-functional action that improves the complexion and turn of store level inventory.Assess the systems and tools that support planning & replenishment, and identify/implement modifications to improve accuracy and efficiency.Analyze sales and inventory trends to create and execute strategies to maximize sales, profits, and availability to grow the business and achieve the financial plan while adhering to store specific capacity plans.Develop and implement inventory management strategies to support the various buy and exit strategies.Incorporate modeling, situation analysis, problem diagnosis, and operations analysis to support business decision-making with financial analysis.Translates corporate and division goals/objectives into planning and replenishment strategies.Partners cross functionally with Merchandise Planning, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory strategies and objectives are met.Who you are:6+ years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, allocation, supply chain planning, inventory management and/or financial planning and analysis.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Statistics, or related field.Demonstrated success of taking initiative and developing thoughtful, proactive inventory strategies.Experience developing and implementing brick-and-mortar inventory & allocation strategies, including capacity planning.Proficient with forecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - concisely presents complex information and recommendations to all levels throughout the organization.High proficiency in Excel, along with substantial exposure to relevant planning, finance, analytical, data management systems.Analytical thinker and self-motivated problem solver.Adapts to situational demands, flexible and capable of managing competing priorities.Extremely detail oriented.Able to thrive in ambiguity.Highly collaborative team player.Our investment in you:At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:Health InsuranceSavings and Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefitsThe salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $140,000 per year.Vuori is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
