Peraton’s National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit is seeking a talented Software Test Manager to join our dynamic team and support the SITE III JIOC contract. This is your chance to support critical applications in Collection Management, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and intelligence operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Manager with extensive experience in software testing and strong leadership abilities. Join us and lead a team of dedicated test engineers to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software test engineers.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and apply company policies.

Test Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.

Define test objectives and ensure alignment with project goals.

Test Execution and Reporting:

Oversee manual and automated test execution.

Identify and document defects, generate detailed test reports.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Implement best practices for test automation and regression testing.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders.

Technical Responsibilities:

Design and implement test strategies to assure system reliability.

Coordinate system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities.

Produce test reports and perform comprehensive system evaluations.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

10+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.

Minimum of 50% on-site work in SCIF.

Experience in Agile scrum teams.

Strong documentation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter).

Desired Qualifications:

Experience testing complex applications or mathematical algorithms.

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
