Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill this amazing opportunity for the upcoming

LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY

(LEIA). Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber-Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and its AORs.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Advise operations and oversee SIGINT and GEOINT sensor payloads on airborne platforms to support a variety of mission objectives.Provide expert guidance on sensor capabilities, operational procedures, and data collection methods.Analyze sensor data to generate actionable intelligence and support decision-making processes.Develop and deliver training programs for operators on SIGINT and GEOINT systems, including SOPs and best practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting related to ISR systems and equipment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational capabilities.Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for airborne ISR operations.Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines during mission execution.Collaborate with mission planners and operators to design and execute ISR missions.Monitor and assess mission performance, providing real-time support and adjustments as needed.Work closely with other team members to integrate ISR data with other sources of information.Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective mission support and data sharing.Track user issue resolution in a ticketing system.Work with cross-functional teams, guiding them through program milestones.Qualifications

Possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance.12+ years relevant experience required, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent military or operational experience.Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Non-Rated Crew member operating Airborne ISR Sensors.Proven experience as a non-rated crew member in airborne ISR operations.Able to pass a FAA Flight Physical.Strong background in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ISR operations.Relevant certifications in Airborne ISR systems or Airborne operations with SOCPAC are a plus.Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support and training.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-class networks and systems is highly desirable.Experience collaborating with product, customer success, and engineering teams.Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.Working Conditions:

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
