Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Senior Configuration Management Specialist in support of the upcoming
LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY
(LEIA) in Honolulu, HI. As part of a highly talented, motivated team, you will support a fast-paced program delivering a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and its AORs.******POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD**********Duties and responsibilities include:Manage all LEIA configurations and analyze changes to determine the effect on the product design and function, preparing necessary documentation for change.Design and establish management documentation.Authorize the release of drawings and software configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups.Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products.Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable.Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using programming, database, or scripting languages to improve software modeling and development.Design and implement build procedures that are used to support software product development and use.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:8 years with BS/BA; 5 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhDDOD 8570 IAT 2 complianceActive Secret Security clearanceDemonstrated experience with software configuration managementExperience with databases and software developmentDesired Qualifications:CMMI certification highly desiredExcellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver outstanding results.#LeiaPeraton Overview
