Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill our C6ISR Trainings Lead position on for the upcoming

LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY

(LEIA). Positions are located both CONUS/OCONUS at the INDOPACOM HQ, and at the TSOC and other locations abroad.Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Security, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it's AORs. Capabilities include using air, maritime, ground, and space-based platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. Our team will provide support to continuously evolve and leverage the latest technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations are optimized to support the SOCPAC missions.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:We are currently seeking a LEIA C6ISR Training Lead. This role involves managing a team of over 30 personnel, with a focus on curriculum development, instruction, and exercise preparation. The Training Lead will be responsible for overseeing firmwide training programs, including the documentation of training files for all personnel on the LEIA contract, as well as government personnel. The role includes coordinating and delivering onboarding and advanced training modules, driving the development of new training programs, and ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of Multi-Intelligence techniques and best practices.The C6ISR Training Lead will collaborate closely with other Task Leads and human resources to support professional development and training initiatives that are essential to sustaining the firm's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and a strong passion for training and mentoring others, along with extensive experience in intelligence analysis, due diligence, or investigations. This individual will be a key member of our management team.Key responsibilities include:Planning, directing, and coordinating the training and development activities and staff of the organization across the C5ISR domains.

Working with respective training managers to ensure that technical data is complete and accurate.Prioritizing and directing training resources across the team to meet program requirements.Developing computer-based training on supported software.Managing the development of content, including audio and video recording, digitizing media, writing user interfaces, developing assessments, and creating web animations.QUALIFICATIONS* Plans, directs, or coordinates the training and development activities and staff of the organization across the C5ISR domains.* Works with respective training managers to ensure technical data is complete and accurate.* Prioritizes and directs training resources across the team to meet program requirements.* Develops computer-based training on supported software.* Manages the development of content, audio and video recording, digitizing media, writing user interface, developing assessments and creating web animation.Qualifications

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
