As a Senior Traffic Engineer, you will lead a traffic team through a variety of traffic forecasting, analysis, and design needs for a variety of transportation projects as well as:Lead a traffic team through various traffic forecasting, analysis, and design projectsConduct operational traffic analysis using tools like Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and VISSIM, analyzing intersections, roundabouts, urban arterials, and freeway segmentsPerform complex traffic engineering tasks and exercise sound engineering judgmentPrepare comprehensive traffic impact analysis reportsMake decisions on design and engineering proceduresFunction as a technical specialist on mid to large scale projectsManage multiple traffic tasks and projects within scope, schedule, and budgetPrepare clear and accurate technical reports, construction plans, specifications, and estimates from start to finishCollaborate effectively with team members, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers
