Assistant Property Manager
We are currently seeking a future leader to assist with the management and oversight of multiple commercial properties. Our commercial team is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the Chief Executive Officer and client. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
Required Skills/Abilities

Strong communication skills

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Or experience in the property management industry.
CA Real Estate License
(REQUIRED).
Microsoft Office.
