The XboxGamingDevicesEcosystemteamis looking for aProduct Manager who has a proventrack recordof managing a product feature and defining an experience critical to both developer experiences and player experiences.The right candidate willbuild a compellingplayer-centered vision for the future ofconsole features.

As a Product Manager you will balance our current in market console features while influencing the development of our feature roadmap. You will partner closely will multiple teams across Xbox to ensure we are creating customer and developer centered products. Right candidate will have a solid track record of managing a feature in a leading edge, evolving, and ambiguous environment. Expectations include effective written and oral communication skills, cross-functional project management capabilities, and experience at the forefront of technology.

Responsibilities

Working with a broad team of stakeholders, leading the definition, organizing, and driving our overall silicon strategy for Xbox devices and the broader gaming ecosystem.Partner with and manage internal stakeholders to integrate advanced technologies Microsoft to integrate advanced technologies within architecture, hardware and software.Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation throughout the team. You will have the opportunity to work inside and outside Microsoft to develop solutions that work across multiple devices. This will require deep silicon and hardware development knowledge as well as software considerations for multiple architectures and product generations.Deep understanding of requirements in the gaming devices industry to drive and innovate on features for our developers, players and broader Microsoft business. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or silicon development and managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.OR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or feature developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience with hardware product development.Experience in silicon development or manufacturingEffective written and verbal communication skills.Enthusiastic, attention to detail, results oriented, organized, motivated and self-driven.Experience with a full shipping cycle of gaming focused products (e.g.Games, Xbox,Playstation, Steam, etc.)Deep passion for consumer products, gaming or the entertainment business.Self-starter who not only deals well with, but thrives in, ambiguity.Drive to innovate and solve complex problems while retaining focus on maintaining a profitable business.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
