They arrive at a concert venue on show day and immediately jump into motion. Artist merchandise needs to be inventoried, distributed, and displayed for sale. When the gates open, fans rush into the venue to buy their shirts, hats, and posters. You fulfill their orders quickly and carefully while making each fan smile. After the show, you help the team reassemble the remaining merchandise.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOProvide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues.Fulfill guest orders in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes.Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales system.Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue.Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures.Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly.Complete sales transactions for each guest.Support successful sales operations at each event.Contribute to a positive work environment.Perform physical duties as required by the role.Take direction from the venue’s Merchandise Manager.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness in order fulfillment.Quick thinking and able to respond to guest requests.Guest-oriented, focusing on requests.Team-driven, working as part of a larger unit.Ability to interact with guests politely.Self-starter that does not require significant supervision.Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Job RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or older.Must be available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks).Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to a 50-pound box.Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potential extreme temperatures.Must have a working understanding of touch-screen based systems.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYLive Nation is committed to diversity and inclusion.
