The Live Nation Merchandise Specialist position may be the right opportunity for you.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOObjectives of the Role:Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues.Fulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requested.Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales system.Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue.Duties & Responsibilities:Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures.Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly.Complete sales transactions for each guest.Support successful sales operations at each event.Contribute to a positive work environment.Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations.Take direction from their supervisor, the venue’s Merchandise Manager.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGSkills & Qualifications:Detail oriented, supporting accuracy and completeness in order fulfillment.Quick thinking and able to respond to guest requests.Guest oriented, focusing on their requests.Team-driven, working as part of a larger unit.Ability to interact with guests politely.Self-starters that do not require significant supervision.Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Job Requirements:Must be 18 yrs. of age or older.Must be available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks).Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to a 50-pound box.Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potential extreme temperatures.Must have a working understanding of touch-screen based systems.Must be of legal working age in the state.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYLive Nation is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
