FabFitFun is embarking on an exciting journey of brand overhaul and rebrand, and we're on the lookout for a talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team! Reporting directly to our Creative Director, this role will be instrumental in shaping our brand's new identity. We're seeking individuals with a strong background in email marketing and web design, as you'll play a pivotal role in executing our rebrand across these platforms.Ideal candidates will bring both strategic vision and creative expertise to the table, along with a proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively. This position is eligible to work hybrid from our HQ in West Hollywood, CA or any remote in the following states: CA, CT, FL, OH, NY, TXWhat You’ll Do:

Own small to medium projects across all mediums with limited oversight and directionCreate designs within established design systems and innovate new creative solutions that support an overarching brand systemWork independently on routine assignments and act on feedback, while staying organized and shifting priorities when necessaryCollaborate daily with CFTs to translate business needs into digital content that is visually appealing and compellingPitch and execute innovative ideas to take FFF’s brand presence to the next levelServe as a leader on the creative team by training new hires and reviewing jobs for other designers or freelancers and offering feedback when necessaryProvide stand-in and support for the Creative Director when necessaryWhat You’ll Bring:

5+ years of graphic design and art direction experience across both digital and print mediumsExperience creating effective marketing emails, digital ads, and style guidesExperienced with basic print production and press checksOnline portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinkingProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteOrganized and effectively manages time and deadlinesUnderstanding of typography, color theory and layout systemsThrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment while adept at managing multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication and presentation skillsThe expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100K. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education/certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
