$97,000 to $166,750.Role reports to:
This role reports into the Category Excellence team.Who We Are:Kenvue is the house of iconic brands - including Neutrogena, Aveeno, Tylenol, Listerine, Johnson’s and BAND-AID Brand Adhesive Bandages. Our global team is made up of ~22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights and innovation.What you will do:The Category Shopper Insights Lead is responsible for driving category and shopper strategies with Target that result in market-leading category growth. This individual will serve as the primary category resource for multiple stakeholders within the Target Category Management Team on OMNI Shopper Insights. Responsibilities include:Serve as a core member of the Category Team with OMNI Shopper Insights responsibilities.Provide unbiased strategic and tactical insights and recommendations to the Catman Team / Target buyers.Uncover business opportunities with deep-dive analytics using various resources.Collaborate cross-functionally and in a matrix environment.Work with internal Shopper/Category partners on research opportunities.Develop and oversee the execution of project plans.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in CPG industry.Deep analytical expertise and experience with syndicated data.Experience in Market Research.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.Strong digital literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.Desired Qualifications:Experience in Skin Health, Beauty preferred.Working experience with Target is preferred.What’s in it for you:Competitive Total Rewards Package.Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
