Develop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools.Support Project Managers and Superintendents with various project related tasks.Help generate Requests for Information (RFIs) and track approvals.Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.May have more involvement in entire job cycle on selected projects under supervision.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field.1+ year of experience in commercial construction.Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.You will really stand out if you:
Have general knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.Read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.Experience in Construction Management Software (i.e. Procore).Design-build commercial construction experience.Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Compensation:
The annual base pay is $58,600 - $73,250. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.Benefits:
