Job Summary:
Job Description:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage customers, suppliers, other partners and overall business activities; customer’s requests and requirement by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.Managing activities related to trading between different regions and investigate optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors.Shipping documentation handling and revising, custom clearance compatible with state, federal and international regulations, various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.).Purchase/Sales data input to ERP (SAP) system.Customer credit, AR and inventory management.Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.
Qualifications:Looking for 1-5 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on requests accordingly.High level of accuracy & attention to detail.Dependable, responsible, capable of problem solving (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.).Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational).Cost consciousness - contributes to profits and revenue.
