www.CEF.incJOB DESCRIPTION:The role will primarily involve business analysis and communication with the system development team, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements and creating documents to communicate between business users and the development team, as well as monitoring and testing for new development.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in IT and/or MIS related disciplineBilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write, and speak in bothOver 5 years of business process analysis experience (Sales or logistics experience a plus)IT system (SAP, On-Premise System, etc.) operations support experience a plusREQUIRED SKILLS:Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interfaces including XML, JSON, Web API, etc.Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentationCritical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills requiredEffective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staffStrong communication—both oral and written—to convey information in a clear and concise mannerPREFERRED SKILLS:Strong business process-related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clientsKnowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processesBasic knowledge of SQL and web system managementProven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling of multiple clients across different Samsung divisionsStrong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a teamExperience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI)OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictionsOkay to work 100% on-site in Ridgefield Park, NJ
