Private Client Lawyer – Hybrid/Flex Work – Incredible Holiday BenefitsNorthumberlandThink Legal are working with a growing multi-service law firm in the Northumberland region who are looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join their busy and growing team.Working alongside 3 other private client fee earners in this picturesque market town, you will be carrying a broad caseload of Private Client matters. Due to the demographics of the location, the Private Client team here is incredibly busy and you will be advising a wide range of clients on matters from simple, basic wills to more complex high value probates.The right lawyer is likely to have 5 years’ post qualification experience of running a full and varied caseload with support.The firm, although growing with over 100 staff across 6 offices, still has a friendly and local feel. The firm embraces flexibility and hybrid working with the ability to split time between home and the office and a grown-up approach as to how you work your hours in the day, for example, a lawyer here takes time out in the middle of the day to take their children to swimming lessons to log on a little later.There are generous benefits here too with 25 days holidays (+ bank holidays) and no requirement to take days over Christmas which equates to 27/28 days in reality as standard, and with that increasing to over 30 days + Bank Holidays depending on level of experience and/or length of service.
