Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with the showroom team and coordinate with other support teams.Design, Estimate & Measure Projects:
Create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths.Achieve Sales and Margin Goals:
Strive to meet and exceed targets.Cultivate Lasting Relationships:
Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients.Attend Training and Events:
Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry changes.Requirements:Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design and related vendors.Proficiency in 20/20 design software.Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written).Strong organization and project management ability.Team-oriented.Strong aptitude for calculations.Proficient with Microsoft applications and comfortable working within a shared folder setup.Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including some weekends.Education and Experience:3+ years in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design.Track record of meeting sales goals.Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial.Physical Requirements:Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.Ability to perform physical job tasks as needed.Ability to articulate, write, and read in English.Comfortable sitting and working with PC-related tasks for extended periods.Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other potential site hazards.Perks:Competitive salary with commission incentives.Full benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance.401k with generous company match.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Positive and inclusive workplace culture.Employee discounts and additional perks.About Us:Norfolk Kitchen and Bath is a division of The Norfolk Companies, founded in 1934.
