In several of our locations, we also offer full installation/remodeling services.NKB currently operates 6 locations – Boston, Braintree and Framingham, MA and Salem, Nashua, and Manchester, NH. Norfolk Kitchen & Bath has been successful due to our talented sales team at our locations with a focus on creating the best customer sales experience for all customer types.The Builders Sales Representative will be focused on developing sales relationships with local contractors and securing sales for kitchen & bath design projects to support their remodel and new construction needs.Our Builder Sales Representatives will:Create business partnerships with contractors to grow relationships and increase sales & opportunities to quote.Work with contractors to gain the full scope of projects and develop a design and bid by visiting the property to gather all the necessary measurements, appliance specs, project information, and images.Make cold calls to contractors, builders, developers, architects, and interior designers.Work with homeowners and offer design and cabinet selection based on the established budget.Develop presentations for the contractor to highlight NKB’s value proposition and capabilities.Attend networking events and trade associations.Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with take-offs and communicating scheduling and delivery commitments.Requires a significant amount of travel: 60 – 70% on the road.RequirementsSkills you will have:Possess a “hunter” mentality.Sales ability - skilled at cold calling to generate sales leads for your pipeline.Ability to develop strong, sustainable relationships with customers.High level of organization and project management abilities.Clear, professional communication skills both verbal and written.Flexible and adaptive with the ability to offer solutions to customer problems.Aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).Experience would include:7+ years’ experience designing kitchen and bath projects.5+ years of relationship sales experience.Proven achievement in exceeding sales goals.Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design, product offerings, and related vendors.Tech-savvy and good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.Proficient using a CRM to manage sales pipeline.Proficient with AutoCAD, 2020, or similar design software.Work Conditions:Valid driver’s license and able to travel to customer sites for measures & possible meetings as needed.Able to stoop, stand, walk, climb as needed for job tasks.May be in contact with machinery and work hazards associated with construction sites.Proficient with the English language, both written and verbal.Able to sit and work with PC/laptop on related work.Learn more about Norfolk Kitchen and Bath by visiting our website at www.mynkb.com.Salary DescriptionBase salary plus commission.
