Our unique expertise and capabilities in technology, data science and healthcare enable the entire healthcare ecosystem to drive better health outcomes.DescriptionAs the Care Management Account Executive for Channel Sales and ASOs, you will be responsible for managing the go-to-market process to sell Care Management solutions to self-funded employers in Verily’s health plan and channel partner portfolio. You will partner with our Health Plan and Channel Account Executives and Account Management teams to build pursuit plans to win new business, implement a Channel Sales Playbook so that partners can successfully drive adoption of Verily’s Care Management solutions within their customer base and partner with Channels on ways to increase customer success with Care product. This role is critically important to the success of the Care Management business.ResponsibilitiesOwn the commercial strategy to achieve the annual channel sales bookings goal.Design, implement and iterate on a channel sales and ASO playbook that enables channel partners to incorporate Verily’s Care Management solutions into their sales pitch, including conducting client training (train the trainers), developing co-marketing collateral and implementing a governance rhythm to increase Onduo pitches and adoption.Develop relationships with channel partner stakeholders, and key brokers and consultants (as designated by the channel partner) on Verily’s Care Management solutions. Attend industry and Health Plan specific conferences or channel partner customer meetings (e.g., benefit fairs) to connect with partners and employers about Verily’s Care Management solutions; Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Partner with Sales Executives to win the ASO and channel partner lines of business for health plans and channel partners; support the negotiations of contracts for Care solutions and collaborate with Account Management to implement the Care Management programs at clients.Deliver voice of the customer feedback to sales enablement and product marketing teams.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in healthcare, employer benefits or insurance industries.Proven track record of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management and consultation within health care benefits sector.Demonstrated success working with sales channel partners.Digital health / virtual care sales or account management experience.Proficient with Salesforce.Preferred Qualifications:Employer sales experience and health plan/payer sales experience.Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills.Prior experience in a fast-growing organization.MBA or related advanced degree.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
