They are proud to serve as a center of excellence for leading specialists in water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, energy, and international development.Their Georgia water group is looking for a Waste/Wastewater - Project Manager to join their growing team. Successful candidates for these opportunities will be responsible for providing technical, management, and staff support for a variety of infrastructure-related projects, primarily involving the design of water/wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and wastewater collection systems.The Role:Assist with the execution of projects from conceptual planning phases through final plans, specifications, and estimate bid packages.Provide technical design support for infrastructure related projects for water distribution, water and wastewater treatment and sanitary sewer collection systems.Maintain existing client relationships and help develop new client and project opportunities.Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects.Perform engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications, and coordinating with the design team.Make independent assessment of engineering problems and recommend solutions to engineering discipline leads, resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost effective and compliant manner.Achieve financial targets in relation to backlog, utilization, and invoicing.Manage and mentor technical staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering or Environmental Engineering.8+ years of experience.Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil or Environmental Engineering, registered in Georgia.Competency in technical project execution and in writing and pricing scopes of work for proposals.This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15%.Benefits:Performance-based end of year bonuses ($5k-$20k)Yearly salary increase to match the market rateStandard 3 day work from home policyWork with national and regional leaders in the same office as you.
