Then you might be a great fit for our Operations Innovation Specialist role with DaVita Clinical Research (DCR)We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and innovative Operations Specialist who has a strong understanding of key business processes and compliance. The position is responsible for refining and maintaining DCR's operational compliance program and assisting to ensure its ongoing effectiveness & sustainability. The position also supports the operational innovation of key business processes. The position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assistance with critical initiatives, process improvements, and change managementSupporting proposed new or improved businesses processes and working with department stakeholdersDeliver ongoing, highly effective communication of progress to Senior Manager, Operations Innovations and stakeholdersProducing/contributing to and organizing key documents & associated management processes to ensure documentation integrity & accuracyMust be willing to stretch "up" and "down" in responsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:40% - Maintain & refine DCR's operational compliance program with a robust process ensuring its ongoing effectiveness & sustainability.20% - Contribute to production of key required documentation including, but not limited to: business processes, work instructions, memos, policies/procedures, handbooks, etc. in collaboration with Quality and other functional areas, ensure policies/procedures and other key documentation reflect current state business processes. Manage document repository to ensure real-time accuracy & completeness10% - Proactively identify improvement opportunities and execute appropriate action plans & projects. Actively escalate conflicts in priority or resource.10% - Stakeholder reporting regarding program, project/initiative status, progress, issues/barriers10% - Maintain & continuously enhance subject matter expertise in compliance and business areas5% - Contribute as team member or leader on other special projects5% - Other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS degree in data-driven field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Social Science, Econometrics, IT) is required4+ years of compliance related experience with the ability to analyze laws and regulations, conduct investigations, evaluate and assess programs is strongly preferredClinical Trials experience is preferredCapacity to work effectively in a remote environment is requiredDemonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the companyDemonstrated ability to successfully deliver multiple, cross-functional, high impact projects/initiativesDemonstrated strengths in organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-through, reasoning, critical thinking, creativity, project management, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate information, including to audiences with varying degrees of familiarityExperience working in a collaborative team environment is requiredAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time framesSelf-starter with high degree of initiative, curiosity, urgency, and follow through is requiredAbility to travel up to 5% of the time, depending on business needsDaVita Clinical Research (DCR), a wholly owned subsidiary of DaVita Inc., is the research arm of DaVita.
