This role will report directly to the South Region Growth Leader and serve as an extension to the Sales Professional Leadership Team, providing support to the Sales Professionals and related departments through a variety of responsibilities that ensure sales and lead generation objectives are being attained. The Sales Operations and Enablement Support Director supports functions essential to department productivity, enablement, and new revenue acquisition within the following channels: direct, indirect, and strategic alliances. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, large proposal process management, sales content management, training, and sales program administration.Responsibilities:

Streamline sales processes: Analyze and optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Data analysis: Utilize sales data to generate insights, forecasts, and reports for informed decision-making.Sales tool management: Implement and manage sales tools, ensuring the team has the necessary resources for success.Sales documentation: Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.Performance metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate sales team performance.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.Technology integration: Integrate new technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.Communication support: Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to improve coordination.Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall sales operations.This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Requirements:

Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.Effective communication skills.Strong presentation skills (In-person or virtual training and development).Demonstrated ability to manage analytical initiatives.Ability to follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales goals.Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, innovative attitude.Ability to frequently handle pressures related to meeting deadlines and working on projects requiring concentration and attention to detail.Comfortable practicing independent judgement and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with pace of the business.Education/Experience:

Years experience/Degrees/Certifications.Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook.Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute responsibilities in an organized and timely manner.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional manner.Demonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration, and attendee tracking.Benefits & Perks:
