With this in mind, we continue to develop ways to efficiently care for, and address our clients’ needs – all while maintaining a business model that allows for growth of the Team and Acrisure.About The RoleReporting to the Employee Benefits Operations Lead, the role provides prompt, accurate and courteous service to support our client partners and their employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a background in employee benefits or human resources, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assists the Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative needs, such as claims and billing resolution and other service related items.Manages benefits enrollment and terminations, including COBRA qualifying event notifications.Investigates and resolves complex service issues.Performs regular billing audits and reconciliation.Assists with HRIS/BenAdmin system implementation, renewal updates and testing/review.Assists with new plan implementations.Processes incoming Broker of Record letters, gathers new client benefit details and adds policy and commission information into agency management system.Responsible for printing/binding of sales and renewal presentations and coordination of enrollment kit orders.Manages renewal data in Agency Management System for IFP, Life and micro groups.Requirements:Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information in both written and verbal format.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects according to deadlines and urgency.Flexibility, willing to “wear many hats” and assist team members in any other capacity relating to client services.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Knowledge and experience with HRIS/BenAdmin platforms, including Ease and Employee Navigator, preferred.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry or human resources is required.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, professional office setting is required.Previous insurance experience is preferred.Life/Health Agent License required.Physical Demands:Some travel is required.Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges.High finger dexterity while typing documents and forms.Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.Work Environment:In-office environment, work is performed in a temperature-controlled, non-smoking office.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Benefits & Perks:Competitive CompensationIndustry-Leading HealthcareSavings and InvestmentsCharitable Giving ProgramsOffering hybrid work optionOpportunities for GrowthEducational ResourcesGenerous time awayThis position will be hybrid with 2-3 days in a local office.Pay Details:Hourly: $24 - $29Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
