You’ll lead a team and work with other product managers as well as engineering and design to build out and execute a product roadmap within the Consumer space. You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features. You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and monetization considerations.Your Day-to-Day:Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiencesUnderstand Venmo’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domainAnalyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap featuresIdentify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market researchDefine and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch productUse A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision makingAbout you:8+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experienceProven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile productsComfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisionsAbility to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environmentsDeep empathy and appreciation for user needsExperience designing simple and intuitive user interfacesStrong sense for visual design and detailExperience in mobile consumer experiences or growth product management a plusSubsidiary:

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $107300 to $259600.
