Southwest Healthcare System is comprised of two acute-care facilities: Inland Valley Medical Center campus, in Wildomar, California and Rancho Springs Medical Center campus, in Murrieta, California. Both hospitals are accredited by the Joint Commission.Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120 bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team provided by board certified Rady Children's emergency medicine physicians. The Inland Valley location in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122-bed facility and is Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center.The COO provides day-to-day operations of the hospital. Implements strategy of CEO and Corporation. Qualifications

Five years of hospital experience with a minimum of two to three years as a senior level manager is required.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business, Health Administration or other closely related field.Must be organized and be able to manage multiple diverse departments.Must be detail oriented and able to manage communication with employees and vendors.Must be able to motivate, inspire, and communicate with individuals and groups.Knowledge of the financial implications of decisions including budgeting and forecasting is required.If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a rewarding career, please take a moment to share your background with us by applying online.
