Description

Patient recruitment to accelerate enrollment and diversify participation.Participant engagement to optimize longitudinal research.Patient-centric, multi-modal registries and communities to support the continuous evaluation of medical products over their lifetime.Digital biomarkers for generating new types of data and insights.As the Product Manager Lead for Research, you will have the opportunity to help accelerate evidence generation to bring safe and effective treatments to market. You will accomplish this by leading the development of our data products, registries and studies, resulting in innovative offerings that address unmet needs for life sciences companies.

You have a strong foundation in healthcare data and clinical research. You’ll leverage domain expertise and understanding of life sciences with technical expertise in software products to envision and build a differentiated research offering. You will work with cross-functional collaborators to define the strategy, roadmap and execution to scalable support novel studies for customers.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Verily Evidence Generation Product Team that is committed to an approach to health that leverages data from a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical sources, including real world evidence, to arrive at the best intervention for a person or community.You will work with potential customers to scope and define solutions that meet their needs.You will collaborate with product and engineering teams internally to ensure strong execution against client commitments.You will build a roadmap based on customer feedback and balancing short- and long- term goals and investments to scale our solutions.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.6+ years of experience in healthcare.4+ years of product management experience, including product conception as well as launching, building and growing multiple products.Has built data products for biopharma customers.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Engineering, Marketing, Sponsor Operations and Regulatory.Preferred Qualifications

Deep experience commercializing real-world data with life sciences, including familiarity with buyer needs and go-to-market.Understanding of range of real-world data sources, including EHR, claims and patient-reported outcomes.Understanding of clinical research and clinical trial study design and execution.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
