We're hiring a VP, HR Business Partners - Global Sales. Reporting to the SVP, Global HR Partners and Talent Development, you will lead a team of (HR) Business Partners responsible for driving people programs for Zscaler's Global Sales organization. You will partner with Zscaler's Chief Revenue Officer on all things People & Culture, while also being an HR Business Partner to a few Americas Field Sales Leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of HR Business Partners to guide the Talent, Leadership, and Organizational priorities across Zscaler's Global Sales teams.Collaborate with P&C teams and senior business leaders to build our long-term vision for top talent programs that: improve employee effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development areas, and help achieve our goals and accelerate growth.Lead global people initiatives aimed at enhancing our employee and leadership experience.Develop and assess KPIs to coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends that ensure greater effectiveness – i.e. organizational design, talent reviews and succession planning.Create strategies for annual Merit and Stock Refresh programs to focus on talent retention and rewards.Partner with Talent Management and Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and create programs to suit the needs of leadership and individuals.Data-driven leadership consultation regarding employee life-cycle priorities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, employee relations and terminations.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

15+ years of global HR Business Partner or equivalent experience with dynamic, creative and challenging responsibilities as a strategic partner working with a distributed team.History of leading direct and virtual teams that partner with a Sales/Go-to-Market function.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.

Applies data to improve organizational effectiveness in collaboration with senior leaders to positively affect their business.Experience and familiarity with global businesses practices and able to integrate programs into a global, scalable framework.Knowledge of Total Rewards and complex Sales incentive plans, and ability to design creative approaches to attract and retain world-class sales talent.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$220,000 — $310,000 USD
