Assist with estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorship casesPrepare court hearing and client files, initial drafts of pleadings, and other court documentsCommunicate with clients, courts, financial advisors, trustees, law firms, and other personnelFile documents with the Court, mail-serving documents, and scheduling court appearancesAssist with client meetings, including Estate Planning signing meetingsMaintain and monitor case progress, deadlines, and important timeframes/milestonesDocument information in the law firm’s practice management systemSupport the office with answering phones, special projects, and general administrative duties, as neededQualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a law firmParalegal Certification or qualify as a paralegal under California Business & Professions Code §6450Set priorities, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environmentExcellent communicator and organized with exceptional attention to detailComputer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Actionstep is a plus!)Reliable commute or will relocate prior to starting positionCompensation:

$22 - $27 hourly DOE
