Answer phones, welcome clients, and set up conference rooms for meetingsSchedule and confirm appointmentsDocument and update client statuses, appointments, and phone calls in the firm’s practice management systemCommunicate with potential and existing clients by phone, in person, and by emailPrepare and maintain paper and electronic case filesAssist with preparing estate planning bindersAssist with client meetingsReceive and process daily mailCopy, scan, file, and assist with office supply organizationMaintain front office area, conference room, and other common areasAssist team members when they need a handQualifications:

Associate Degree required, but Bachelor's Degree highly preferredMinimum of 6 months of experience working in a law firm environmentDetail-oriented and can work independently and take initiativeStrong administrative skills and customer service backgroundPositive, high-energy team player who is results-orientedComputer savvy and comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systems including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Actionstep is a plus!)Reliable commute or will relocate prior to starting positionCompensation:

$19 - $25 hourly DOE
