The Samsung Electronics America Retail Division is a growing and best-in-class organization within Samsung worldwide. Role & Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Retail Sales Enablement and Training will be responsible for creating, building, and managing a world-class training and enablement strategy, content, and platforms for Samsung’s partner ecosystem across all three lines of business: Home Electronics, Digital Appliances, and Mobility. This leader will develop and improve end-to-end processes for training and field sales initiatives. Responsibilities include:Set the training and enablement strategy for the mobility, home entertainment, and digital appliance lines of business.Develop the strategic design, planning, and implementation of programs and processes to support retail go-to-market objectives.Provide initiative insights, program updates, and examine data and execution results.Streamline field tools and improve overall efficiency.Project manage all training and sales enablement programs.Manage end-to-end field programs including budgeting and execution.Manage a financial portfolio supporting all field sales programs.Manage multiple vendor relationships.Demonstrate strong business knowledge and leadership skills.Provide process enhancements based on feedback from the field.Provide team and organizational leadership.Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

Skills And Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

BA Degree with a minimum of 14 years of relevant work experience or MA Degree with a minimum of 12 years’ experience.Retail management experience in store or corporate office 5+ years.Deep knowledge in retail operations, sales enablement, and training.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience program managing a 3rd party labor company.Experience with a mobile training app.Multi-unit retail experience 2+ years.
