data analyst lead , you'll play a critical role by advancing our analytical insights for the Enterprise-level Delivery Measures and Enterprise Development Capabilities and Services (EDCS) team. You'll apply your quantitative analysis techniques and visualization skills to breathe life into our data in the EDCS group. This includes working with internal customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with peers, presenting unique findings to leadership, and implementing solutions. This role has significant exposure to leadership within EDCS and other organizations at Progressive.Remote work allowed.Must-have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experienceInstead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experienceInstead of a degree, a minimum of eight years of analytical work experiencePreferred Skills

Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, Kafka, Splunk, Python and RAbility to define a business problem, evaluate potential solutions, collect and analyze data, and draw conclusions or make recommendationsProven ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau to visualize reports and dashboardsExperience influencing leadership decisions, strong prioritization skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously and can mentor other analysts.Strong collaboration, relationship building skills with ability to coach others, learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environmentCompensation

$93,200 - $124,300 / year depending on position level and experienceGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceBenefits
