As a Business Analyst in our Commercial Customer Success Business Operations practice, you will report to the Director, Business Operations supporting our Commercial Customer Success team. You will lead the design of process workflows based on process diagrams and technical requirements provided by our internal customers. You will develop an understanding of Customer Success workflows and assist us in developing global processes that also meet local needs. You'll play an important role in project teams that are designing the next big capability, and working with our Process Management team to understand where existing workflows need to be updated. You will be hybrid-remote.Responsibilities

Define Business & User requirements and partner with our Enterprise Systems & Experience team to shape System requirements.Partner with our Process Team to identify priorities for Feature & Enhancement work.Manage intake & prioritization for break/fix escalations across our Process Team and internal customers.Perform analysis of existing business processes and workflows.Recognize and pinpoint inefficiencies and potential enhancements in processes.Work with internal customers to understand our needs and produce requirements.Create straightforward and succinct documentation of business processes and workflows.Propose suggestions to improve processes and boost operational performance.Collaborate with technical teams to translate our needs into technical specifications.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and execution to ensure solutions meet requirements.Oversee implemented changes for effectiveness and further optimization opportunities.Stay updated with latest industry best practices and Salesforce features.Potential for occasional travel (less than 10% of the time).Minimum Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of and shown expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.Knowledge of development tools and workflows used to create use cases and design project requirements.Communicate across all levels of the company, including senior leadership.Knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related discipline is required.Experience working on a team to solve challenges using the SFDC platform and ecosystem.Experience with Salesforce configuration, including data objects, sharing & security settings, validation rules, workflows, and user interface.Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar).Proficiency in documenting processes using standard tools and methodologies.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).About Autodesk

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,400 and $130,020. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
