The HR Business Partner is responsible for day-to-day HR operations focused on hiring, talent management, career development, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness.Execute talent management strategies along with HR and Business leadership for organizational effectiveness.Responsible for confirmation of employment, facilitate goals and performance dialogue, total rewards, employee recognition, Internal Job Rotations, International assignments, promotions, employee retention strategies, and employee exit process management.Identify best practices and advise HR leadership on what works best for our organization.Partner closely with HR leadership to deliver people strategy for assigned departments.Challenge the status quo and prove how HR can help achieve the culture shift and transformation required.Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through vast networking.Serve as a credible point of contact for the assigned departments/functions providing insight and guidance on all HR-related matters.Provide proactive data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.Facilitate overall employee engagement activities for assigned departments.Prepare Manpower Tracking and Reporting across headcount types.Drive and implement digitization and digitalization at HR.Handle STA / VA assignment process (Expatriation / Repatriation) with 100% adherence to the Annual HR calendar consisting of goal performance dialogue, annual salary review, talent development, and succession planning for the respective departments.Accountable for driving recruitment activities and internal KPIs as per business requirements.Manage internal job rotation and retention of the talent pool within the organization.Project Management as assigned.Qualifications

5+ years in Human Resources / Talent ManagementBE/MBA in HRGood statistical knowledge and analytical mindset.Efficient and effective in MS Office and BI Tools.
