With offices across multiple locations and remote work options, we strive to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.About the Role:Our client is seeking a skilled Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer adoption and growth of their solutions. The CSM will collaborate closely with clients, providing expertise in B2B digital business and guiding them in leveraging the platform effectively to achieve their objectives. The role includes building relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customers maximize the value of the solutions offered.The base compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, excluding bonuses.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for Mid-Market accounts throughout the customer lifecycleDrive adoption and usage of the platformFacilitate onboarding of new customersProvide strategic guidance and best practices to achieve customer goalsIdentify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales teamBuild credibility with senior executives and maintain strong client relationshipsProject manage client initiatives and advocate for customers internallyStay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapeQualifications:5+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer successProven track record in sales and account growthDeep understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM, and related technologiesExperience in managing project implementations and identifying business process gapsAbility to demonstrate ROI and align solutions to customer needsBenefits:The hiring company offers competitive benefits including up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums, flexible PTO policy, mental wellness platform, holidays, 401(k) matching, and insurance coverage.
